Stock Management

OTR's Tyre Management System tracks tyres fitted, removed or rotated so it is known when tyres were removed and what happened to them. The tread and hours of those removed tyres are also known as is their status such as, spare and available for fitment or to be scrapped. Tyres are tracked while they are repaired and then re-fitted back to the vehicle or held as spares.

The system allows both tyres and vehicles to be moved between customers and sites. The information gained from this is invaluable when calculating future tyre projections and performance analysis.
