Service Vehicles
OTR Tyres have established an integrated tyre service and operational network which is unique - providing earthmover tyre users with a comprehensive and cost effective out-sourced tyre service.
The fleet of 45 specialist service trucks carry state of the art equipment designed to improve both engineer safety and speed of service. All vehicles provide a 24-hour support service, 7 days a week, with the ability to handle all tyres up to rim size 57".
Customer enquiries and requirements are paramount and response times critical to OTR, resulting all service vehicles being equipped with GPS to monitor location and activity. This allows vehicles and engineers to be managed accurately and respond accordingly to emergency situations, keeping response times, downtime and associated costs to a minimum.
Remote controlled tyre handling equipment and screw compressors on all new trucks are examples of where OTR investment is helping the customer by reducing onsite service times. Add to this fully trained and qualified OTR Tyre Service Engineers and customers are guaranteed to receive the best possible service.
