The development of OTR's UK service network has one objective - to reduce response time to emergency onsite tyre related problems.

With Service Operating Sites located nationally around the UK and OTR's fleet of over 45 specialist trucks complete with state of the art equipment, OTR are on hand to deal with tyre related problems with ease and speed of service.

All OTR service engineers are fully qualified, trained and experienced heavy mobile equipment (HME) tyre fitters and with the introduction of the OTR bespoke Service Management System, which is improving the planning and utilisation of service engineeers and vehicles, customers can be assured that they are receving the highest quality service from an efficient and trusted company.
