Ghana Retread Manufacturing
OTR's new retreading factory in Tarkwa
(in conjunction with Goldfields Ghana Ltd)
has the ability to retread 25" to 51" earthmover tyres.
It is planned to produce OTR ReMould tyres in
size 2700R49 from March/April 2008 and with the
current shortages in most larger truck and loader
sizes this new facility will assist greatly by
giving users the opportunity to retread their
own casings.
OTR offer a full range of products and facilities
to mining companies throughout Africa - developments
in retreading will provide visible tyre life
improvements and keep machines on the move.
