Fil Tyres
The OTR Fil tyre is a cost-effective solution to tyre related downtime in hazardous working conditions. The 100% pure polyurethane filled tyre is puncture proof, virtually maintenance free and can be retreaded up to three times (dependent on casing quality).
Working Environment
OTR Fil tyres are ideally suited for the demanding environments and rough terrains of quarries, landfill sites, transfer stations, scrap yards, harbours and construction sites.

Production
OTR Fil tyres are manufactured by injecting a bespoke polyurethane compound into the tyre at the same pressure as air. The compound cures to provide a resilient filling, which will never leak or puncture. OTR guarantee tyres are a 100% pure OTR Fil - an assurance of the standards of quality which OTR work to.
Safety
OTR Fil tyres are heavier than air filled tyres, offering added ballast and stability plus better traction for vehicles operating over rough terrain, yet maintain the same ride quality as air filled tyres so operator comfort is not compromised. Removing the risk of tyre punctures means that accidents from tyres bursting are also eliminated. On road or site, above or below ground, OTR Fil has successfully passed all safety trials and examinations.
